At Adam Smith Design, my aim is for you to cherish your prints, posters, and gifts. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase, please reach out promptly. You may return the item(s) within 14 days of the order date, accompanied by the original invoice. For concerns, complaints, or undelivered orders, contact me at adam@adam-smith-design.co.uk within the 14-day timeframe, and I’ll promptly address your request with a replacement or refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ensure that the item(s) you send back are in the same condition as when they were dispatched and in their original packaging. If you’ve had a change of heart regarding your artwork prints or posters, I’m happy to facilitate an exchange, but I kindly request you cover the postage costs for the replacement, which amount to £2.40. Your refund will be processed using the same method and to the same account used for the initial purchase. Please note that I am unable to refund postage costs for returns.

I strive to process refunds or exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed, or the replacement is dispatched. If more than 5 working days have passed since I received your return, and you haven’t heard from me, please contact adam@adam-smith-design.co.uk with your name, address, and order number, and I’ll follow up within 48 hours.

Damaged Goods/Wrong Item Received

If the item(s) you received deviates from your original order or is damaged, please notify me via email within 5 working days, providing your name, address, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s). Specify whether you prefer a full refund or a replacement, which will be sent out with standard delivery and at no additional cost. In some cases, I may request the return of the damaged item.

Cancel Order

If your item(s) haven’t been dispatched, you can change or cancel your order by emailing with your name, address, and order number. I’ll promptly process a full refund for your request.
